It’s normal to be concerned. Let’s take a look at some questions others had:
- I’m not sure it’s that easy to change the way I eat. I’ve tried so many other plans and diets and couldn’t stick to it after some time.
I understand. You have done the best you could and when you didn’t get the results you wanted, it could be discouraging. Within these 6 months, we’ll work closely together to find what works for you. Because you are unlike anyone else. I work with you as an individual and do not try to fit you into a mold. My desire is to help you establish a way of eating that is both convenient and good for your health. I’ll teach you everything from shopping to preparing your meals, all based on the actual time you have for it. - I have diabetes, food allergy, or food intolerance. Is this program for me?
Yes, and thank you for being so mindful about your health. We will begin where you are. I’m not a doctor and this program is not meant to replace any treatment. We’ll find the right foods for you respective to your particular condition. Some herbs can improve certain conditions but this will not interfere with your treatment. We focus on food and much larger topic of nourishment, which encompasses other areas of life. Generally, wholesome, fresh, and good quality foods contribute to wellbeing, strong immunity, and leveled energy.
- I feel like it’s a big commitment. I don’t know if I have the time and energy this program requires.
It can seem like a lot of work. Truth is, each life-changing process requires us to invest our efforts and some hours. However, I get that at the beginning it may seem like too large of a chunk. You do not need to worry, as the pace and content are adjusted to your needs, while it also encourages and motivates you. Many of your fellows who completed the program said, it took much less time and effort than they originally thought. They also said it was worth it.
